Delete your SnapFut account
This page is for players of the SnapFut game, developed by the SnapFut team.
In the game
- Open Settings and find the Account section.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the section and answer Yes.
- Type CONFIRM and press Yes.
Your account is deleted immediately. This can't be undone.
Without the game
If you no longer have the game, write to
snapfutt@gmail.com
with the subject SnapFut account deletion, from the email address you signed in with,
or include your support code. We will delete your account within 30 days
and confirm when it is done.
What is deleted
Your account and nickname, cloud backup, ownership registry entry, online coins and packs,
trades and invites, ratings of you, league and online draft results, the phone your account is
tied to, and your error reports.
What remains
- Usage statistics — only in anonymized form, no longer linked to you.
- Other players' records — a trade partner's history and ratings you gave stay under a random identifier that no longer leads to anyone.
- Your phone's identifier — with that day's limit records, erased automatically within a few days.
- Progress on your device — cards, coins and packs stay on your phone so you can keep playing offline. Uninstall the game to remove them.
